Crazy Dwarf - The walk a.k.a. the pint, often incorrectly referred to as the drowning man

I was walking along the coast of our beautiful sea
When someone in the water shouted something at me
I didn’t understand him so I waved in his direction
I concluded from the next few lines that he requested action

I am drowning - Help me!
In deep water - Help me!
Don’t just stand there - Help me!
Get me out of here!

A boat was hard to find and where’s Jesus when you need him?
And the temperature was much to low for me to take a swim
Luckily some angler had left his fishing rod behind
And still that man was screaming but first I drank a pint

Get me out of here!

Gratitude was a word that man just didn’t know
Well that’s about time asshole, you are fucking slow
He didn’t give a penny, he didn’t shake my hand
So I just threw him back and I walked on along the strand
